Salam... hari ni masak ketam la plak. Tapi sekor jer lah..untuk anak2 yang suka sangat makan ketam. Kali ini buat chili crab versi chef Wan plak. Sedap nampaknya... aku rasa kuahnya sikit. Ketamnya ngak boleh makan, nanti gatal satu badan...
Resipi amik dari AFC, koleksi chef Wan (duta masakan Malaysia yang femes tu)
Ingredients
cooking oil for deep-frying + 2 tablespoons
1 1/2 kg crabs, halved
2 tablespoons cornflour (campurkan dgn 1/4 cup air)
1 egg, beaten.
spring onion, chopped.
(Finely ground paste)
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered chilli
6 red chillies
6 cloves garlic
100g shallots (3 ulas)
1 cm ginger
Sauce (blended)
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup canned tomato sauce
salt
Method:
1- Heat the oil and deep-fry the crabs until golden. Drain and set aside.
2- Heat 2 tablespoons oil and saute the finely ground paste until fragrant. Stir in the sauce ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil.
3- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4- Gradually ass the cornflour mixture and stir well.
5- Add the beaten egg.
6- Gently stir the fried crabs and simmer until the sauce is cooked.
7- Garnish with spring onion and serve
Sejak diorang dh pandai makan ketam ni, bolehlah selalu masak. Dah tak payah nk tolong kopekkan isi ketam tu keluar..diorang buat sendiri...aman sikit nk makan.. hehehe...
Ok... si kecik tu tgh tido. Bolehlah masak, snap gambo dan post kat blog (tu pasal letak pc ni kat bawah..senang update blog..hehehe) .. ni baru 1 lauk je taw...tunggu kecik tu tido second round baru masuk dapur balik...
