Faux Fried Rice
Salam buat semua Artkiners... dh plan nk makan/masak apa hari ni?? haaa...ni salah satu menu hari ni. Faux Fried Rice (nasi goreng tipu)...hahaha...jangan ingat ada Faux Cake jer, nasi goreng pun ada...hehehe...aku jumpa resipi ni dalam youtube dan beberapa laman resipi Artkins. 
Rindunya nk makan nasi goreng. Dh sebulan tak jamah nasi. Tapi aku ok jer. Bila nampak resipi ni, terus beli barang2. Tapi eksperimen ni dibuat masa Jebat dan anak2 takde kat rumah. Kang diorang gelakkan aku plak :)
Ingredients
2 TBS Cooking oil
4 slices Bacon (aku guna udang(
1 Medium Size head of Cauliflower (~2 pounds),
grated 2 cloves garlic,
minced 4 oz of Ham (guna ikan bilis)
1/3 cup soy sauce (tak letak)
1 tsp sesame oil (guna minyak Carotino)
1 egg, beaten
4 green onions,
chopped Black Pepper to taste *
Direction
*Heat the oil and bacon in large skillet until bacon is slightly browned.
* Grate Cauliflower in Food Processor
* Add Cauliflower, Ham, and Garlic and cook until the cauliflower begins to stick (internal water is evaporated) and getting browned
* Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil, heat for 1-2 minutes
* Drag Cauliflower to half of the pan
* Cook beaten egg until scrambled, and mix with Cauliflower mixture.
* Add Green Onion, and Pepper to taste
* Cook 4-5 more minutes

Ni ala-ala nasi goreng kampung. Aku buat pedas2 sikit.Nk tengok resipi boleh klik sini yer  Tapi abaikanlah penggunaan kicap, sbb kicap mempunyai kandungan gula. Jangan guna perencah nasi goreng. Buatlah sendiri perencah tu, tumbuk bawang, cili....kan lebih baik dan sihat...

Terpulanglah korang nk buat nasi goreng apa pun, nasi goreng kampung, Cina, Usa, belasah ler... tp harus diingatkan jangan guna sos, kicap ....

biar betul...
wahhhh..memang betul diet ni...tahniah2..he..he..
Abot- kicap dan sos tu tinggi kandungan gula, so tak boleh ambik kalo buat Artkins diet.
Zarina- hehehe...sure cikgu2 ingat kat aku...
Kak Rose- alhamdulillah, setakat ni dh turun 7kg...best, dh boleh pakai seluar lama2 time bujang dulu...yeahaaaa !!!!
Intan- akak pejam mata jer..kalo nk makan, akak ingatkan badan gemuk yang susah nk cari baju, seluar dll. So mood nk makan pun down ler... tp Artkins ni bukan takleh makan langsung, cuma tak boleh ambik carbo dan gula. 2 minggu induction kena betul2 serius. Lepas tu dh boleh ringan2 sikit...
