Best Moist Choc Cake

Salam...hari ni takde mood nk update coz Jebat mc-sakit perut. Hari pun mendung jer, so kami lima beranak rehat jer kat rumah. Sebelah petangnya pegi jalan2 kat Giant Kinrara dan pas tu jalan2 kat Pasar Tani..


Resipi diambil dari web Best Moist Choc Cake. Mmg moist dan senang ler... Aku suka letak choc cake ni dalam cup kecik2 cenggini. Senang nk simpan. Bakar le dalam pan macam biasa. Bila dh sejuk,  masukkan dalam cup2 kecik tu, pastu curah topping. Letak jer atas meja tu, sapa nak boleh amik satu dan makan. Kalau kek besar, kena potong2, leceh ler...

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
¾ Cup Hershey's Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Eggs (I use large eggs)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Mazola Vegetable Oil
1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water

Method
1.Preheat Oven to 300° F
2. Use Crisco Shortening to lightly grease and flour the 9 x 13 in. Baking Dish.
3. Place all the ingredients on the left into a mixing bowl.
4. Mix at medium or medium high speed until all ingredients are blended and smooth.
5. Pour into greased and floured baking dish
6. Bake for 1 hr.
7. Test by sticking with knife. If it comes out clean, it's done!
8. Allow to cool.

  1. salam.kak, kek tu akak potong empat segi ke bulat2..sy pun suka style mcm ni...takdela rosak dan tercemar..klu kek sebiji besar2,mcm cpt rosak je n susah nak simpan..
